Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

🧼 Cleanliness
Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay.
For longer visits, we can arrange cleaning and fresh linens upon request.

🗑 Waste Disposal
Trash bins are located:

Please separate plastic, paper, and glass where possible.
Instructions are displayed by the apartment door.

🔧 Damage & Maintenance
If anything breaks or stops working, please inform us immediately.
We will assist or replace items — no stress, no blame.
We just ask to be notified quickly so it doesn’t affect the next guests.

APARTMENT GUIDE

❄️ Climate Control

Air Conditioning & Heating
The AC/heating unit is remote-controlled.
Set temperature between 22–24°C for the best balance of comfort and efficiency.
Please keep windows closed while cooling or heating — it works faster and saves energy.
Windows & Ventilation
Windows are fitted with modern seals.
For quick ventilation, tilt mode is recommended — it brings airflow without fully opening windows.

☕ Kitchen & Appliances

Coffee Machine
A capsule coffee machine is available in the kitchen.
Insert a capsule, close the lid, and press the button.
Used capsules can be disposed of in the small waste bin under the sink.
Dishwasher
Dishwasher tablets are located under the sink.
Place one tablet inside the detergent slot, select “ECO Programme” and press start.
Average cycle: ~45 minutes.
Oven & Stove
Press the power symbol, rotate the knob to the desired temperature, and wait for the preheat light.
Never place flammable materials inside or on top.

🧼 Laundry & Cleaning

Washing Machine
Insert detergent in the main drawer compartment.
Standard wash cycle takes ~40 minutes.
If you need help choosing a program, select “Normal Cotton” — it works best.
Iron & Board
Iron and ironing board are stored in the wardrobe.
Use only when the surface is stable and dry.

📺 TV & Entertainment

Smart TV
Just turn on the TV — no PIN required.
Installed apps: YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video
Use the home button on the remote to switch between apps.
If you want to use your own accounts, remember to log out before checkout.
HDMI & Casting
An HDMI port is available for laptop connection.
For wireless casting, select “Cast to TV” from your device if supported.

🔑 Access & Security

Lockbox
Keys are stored inside a secure lockbox at the entrance.
Enter the code provided before arrival, pull the lever, and remove the key.
Always return keys to the box upon checkout.
Front Door
Make sure the door is fully closed before locking.
Turn the key twice for maximum security.

🗑 Waste & Recycling

Trash Disposal
General waste bins are located approximately 50 meters from the building entrance.
Whenever possible, please separate plastic, paper, and glass in the provided containers.
Food Waste
For hygiene, please avoid leaving food scraps overnight.
The container under the sink is tightly sealed for this purpose.

🚰 Tap Water

Tap water in Croatia is fully safe to drink, clean, and regularly tested.
You can drink it directly from the sink.

🔌 Electricity & Utilities

Fuse Box
The fuse box is located near the apartment entrance.
If power trips, switch the black lever back to the “UP” position.
Water Heater
Hot water runs through an automatic system — no action required.
If water doesn’t warm within 30 seconds, let us know.

💡 Lighting

Ceiling lights are operated by switches near each entrance.
Hallway lights are motion-sensor controlled during nighttime.

🪟 Curtains & Blinds

Blinds can be adjusted by gently pulling the side handle.
Avoid force — the mechanism is delicate.

🔥 Safety

Cooking
Never leave pans unattended.
If a spill occurs, clean only when the surface is cool.
Candles & Open Flames
For safety reasons, open flames and candles are not allowed.
