By using the Vabbi website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Types of Services

Vabbi provides the following services:

• Vabbi Connect – digital check‑in, guest information system, additional services and support (subscription‑based)
• Property management – service charged at 10% of revenue
• Photography and related digital services

Vabbi does not guarantee any specific financial or business results.

3. Property Management (10%)

In the case of a property management agreement:

• Vabbi acts as an operational partner
• the property owner remains responsible for legal compliance
• Vabbi does not guarantee occupancy or revenue

Detailed conditions are defined in a separate contract.

4. Vabbi Connect Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

Vabbi reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or force majeure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vabbi is not responsible for:

• loss of income or reservations
• technical issues of third‑party services (Booking, Airbnb, hosting, payment providers)
• incorrect or incomplete information provided by users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials are the property of Vabbi and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

Users may request termination of the service according to their subscription or contract terms.

Vabbi reserves the right to terminate service in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

9. Changes to These Terms

Vabbi reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. All changes will be published to be published on this page.
